My concern is more about what I believe is an employee that stole money from the customer service counter - and likely still is or has been for some time. I don't normally buy lotto tickets, but did for fun one day. I won the Powerplay number, which is $4. I know this because I checked it online before I went. When I went to collect at the store, the woman at the customer service desk said I had only won $3. I thought perhaps I had read it wrong online, so thanked her and left. When I rechecked online later, I should definitely have been given $4. It's only a dollar, but imagine if she does this to multiple customers, pocketing the difference. I believe this store may have a real problem on their hands and doesn't even realize it, should she do this with other customers like me that aren't regular lotto buyers. If someone were to call her out on it (that is a regular and knows the rules), she can just brush it off as an error and act like it's no big deal. If I were management, I'd start sending secret shoppers in to test this out over a varied period of time. While I don't remember her name, I'm sure there's a way they can check.

I make mention to this to employees every time I am there, but nothing gets done to correct this. I really don't understand why they are running the Air Conditioning in winter, and making people not want to be in the store. Additionally, it cost money to run the Air Conditioning too, so I would think there would be incentive to save money by not making it so cold?? Anyway, my wife and I are very sad to say that we are going to try Bashas or Fry's given this current situation.
