  Customer service is awful. I placed an order and asked that they hold it until the later part of the designated time slot. I was assured that was okay and my order would not be going out until the second half. Fast forward to the very beginning of time slot and I have a delivery notification. I called again and spoke with Gavin who, very condescendingly, told me they were too busy to communicate with each other and that the manager was out today so there was nothing they could do. I let the know I am going to have to return the food since it is now sitting in front of my house for longer than encouraged and he just laughed and said that’s fine we will refund you when you get home. Bashes is not even a mile away, I strongly recommend getting your groceries there instead.

  Grocery shopping is always good but the men's restroom inside the front entrance needs to be condemned by the AZ Health Department. It always looks nasty, and nothing is ever repaired, such as the faucet fixture on the left-side sink. It hasn't been fastened to the sink for over a year because it is too old and broken. I'm guessing the ladies restroom is equally nasty too...

  Tyler was absolutely amazing at the self serve checkout. I was sooooo frustrated with the app and trying to clip the coupon. He showed us how to do it and assisted with ringing our groceries through. My number one grocery store for sure!

  From a grocery shopping standpoint, I like this store. My concern is more about what I believe is an employee that stole money from the customer service counter - and likely still is or has been for some time. I don't normally buy lotto tickets, but did for fun one day. I won the Powerplay number, which is $4. I know this because I checked it online before I went. When I went to collect at the store, the woman at the customer service desk said I had only won $3. I thought perhaps I had read it wrong online, so thanked her and left. When I rechecked online later, I should definitely have been given $4. It's only a dollar, but imagine if she does this to multiple customers, pocketing the difference. I believe this store may have a real problem on their hands and doesn't even realize it, should she do this with other customers like me that aren't regular lotto buyers. If someone were to call her out on it (that is a regular and knows the rules), she can just brush it off as an error and act like it's no big deal. If I were management, I'd start sending secret shoppers in to test this out over a varied period of time. While I don't remember her name, I'm sure there's a way they can check.
