WHO approved this layout?? Nothing is where it belongs. Food mixed with pads, condoms, and hygiene products, random items scattered everywhere, and absolutely no logic to any aisle. Shopping here now feels like a punishment. What used to be a normal grocery store is now a confusing, frustrating mess. Albertsons officially ruined their own store. Won’t be back.

Since when do condoms, tampons, pads, and other hygiene products belong next to produce? Or why change anything in the store? Whether it was management or corporate who made the decisions clearly it’s the worst store layout ever. Also why condense the drink isles? It’s nice having space and that’s gone… At least Bashas and Fry’s know where to properly put things in a store

Good evening, I want so share a very disheartening story, not out of anger but to spread awareness in how poor customer service, impatience, and lack up empathy and understanding can negatively impact the experience of shoppers. Myself and 3 friends of mine went into the store this evening,as we are celebrating a birthday. I offered myself to buy the birthday girl some more to drink before I went home to Phoenix. All 4 of us go in and I also needed a filet of salmon for my meal prep so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone and grab that too. We get to the register and the attendant insists he needs all 4 IDs. This was confusing and seemed like a hassle but also… we are not the experts, just confused patrons. We had one friend who was missing an ID left and all 3 of us remaining presented ours. This attendant insisted he still needed the ID of the other person. At this point we paid for the salmon ( myself and a friend were fighting playfully over covering that) .We then went to go get our friend and her ID and returned to the store. After presenting the IDs the attendant lets us know in-front of other customers and workers that the salmon from earlier was only partially paid for and that he paid for the remainder “out of his own pocket” . We offer to pay the balance and he keeps declining. This was obviously an honest mistake and I’m sure we are not the first customer to leave the store with an accidental remaining balance. I highly doubt this young man is paying everyone’s balance if they accidentally leave the register. I offered the attendant a $20 bill to more than cover the balance and he declined. He also denied us speaking to a manager until a manager approached on her own. Let me be clear… had this been a genuine kind gesture it would have been approached and taken differently. This wouldn’t become condescending and demeaning. My friend (the birthday girl) said directly “if this was an act of kindness you wouldn’t feel like you needed to let us know publicly” And I agree… kindness isn’t loud, and true kindness comes with nothing to gain. We do appreciate management addressing the fact that if there was a balance he could have not only accepted our payment but also just brought it to a manager to void the item the correct way. Please know had this been a true genuine act we would have reacted differently… but publicly addressing and embarrassing a group of black women is in no way acceptable. Happy Black History Month

Whoever has made the decisions on the new layout as of mid January should be fired and never be allowed to work in a grocery store again! It is amazingly stupid!! They are putting food and chemical in the same aisles. They have put thing in completely unintuitive locations! We have made a decision to never shop there again!! Someone needs to be fired!!!

This store is clean, items are in stock and the Deli staff is Amazing. I've encountered four different deli staff and they all have been kind courteous and patient. The staff at the self check out is very helpful and efficient as well. Able to help customers quickly even when the registers were having technical issues (1st vist). However, the representative at the customer service desk "Janice" is not the best when it comes to Customer Service. Speaks negatively of co-workers with other staff as the customer waits while she finishes the conversation. She demonstrated a hesitation to wait on one customer and a higher need to wait on the next customer. Inappropriate for any staff but more so for a Customer Service desk representative since each customers transaction is different and will require a different amount of time and /or support to complete. It doesn't mean the customer intentionally planned to take longer. During the entire transaction she appeared agitated, inpatient and overall uninterested in being friendly or to offer assistance. It was an unwelcoming transaction from beginning to end. It was the kindness of the gentleman in self checkout that made the trip end nicely. I appreciate his professionalism.
