I grabbed a tri tip that was marked on the sign at $5/lb. When i went to check out it rang up at 7.99/lb. I grabbed an employee who didnt know and they walked back to where the tri tip. After waiting for a while he came back with another tri tip, untrimmed and said those are whats on sale. I decided i didnt want it as it was a poor looking roast. He then said we can do the one brought up for the same price, let me go re tag it. Another woman at the register took it back to be "re tagged" then came back with a completely different untrimmed tri tip. I told her that was not the roast i wanted and that she brought back a different one. She then argued with me though i pointed out that the weight wasnt even the same. I know meats and i know what i chose. She then said "well do you want to go deal with the manager then?" Extemely unprofessional. She got caught lying, which is likely what her manager told her to do. I said no, I'll just leave and left my groceries there. Definitely a bottom tier experience. Ive never had a good interaction with any employee here, especially the rude butchers. Clearly,based on other reviews this store is managed in incredibly poorly.

I know that this post might seem strange. After all it’s a grocery store not a spa. However, I was just going in for laundry detergent, and just because they were courteous. I decided to do more shopping there I ended up spending $175. I just moved to the area from Denver, and I am amazed by their customer service! Needless to say, this is were going to do my grocery shopping for as long I am in this area.
