Unfortunately today I got a more expensive item the double chicken bowl and upgraded my order to have the chicken breast instead of shredded chicken. & my chicken was very chewy and gross. It was rubbery and unappetizing. I didnt eat my food and ended up tossing it. I also didn’t get a receipt to properly leave a review. So I’m doing it here just to let whom ever it may concern to follow up with me.

The restroom was dirty and clearly needed urgent cleaning. The manager? Probably sleeping instead of paying attention to service quality and the seasoning of the food. El Pollo Loco seems to be going downhill.
