- GSGlenn StuMar 20, 20261.0I last visited this location four years ago and was disappointed, and back again today, I was disappointed once again by the staff's rudeness and unprofessional demeanor during checkout. I also find it puzzling that this location alone does not offer a military discount like the other locations. Effective customer service should be a priority, particularly for those in leadership roles such as shift leads operating the register. After four years, improvements will be made, potentially with the integration of more efficient systems. Unfortunately, the lead staff member's behavior was particularly unprofessional. The absence of a manager was notable, as I was informed none were available when requested. Conversely, the gentleman handling food orders demonstrated professionalism and expertise, highlighting the potential for excellent service. Given the subpar experience, especially given this location's convenience to my residence, I regret to say I will not be returning.

They had a large number of orders but they were doing a pretty good job of getting everything done it took about 10 minutes for us to get our four sandwiches and everything was delicious. Although the place was busy there was still at least 40% of the tables available inside (there's only 3 tables outdoors) but the place was clean and coffee dispensers were full. I got the lox and bagel, it was good but I wouldn't recommend it because they're very skimpy on the salmon. My wife got the non kosher bacon egg and cheese and she enjoyed it 😂.
