- BVBrenda VelezApr 5, 20261.0At 730 this morning, I went to Dutch Bros and coffee thinking it would be the better option. Again, they dissapointed. I have tried several time to give them benefit of the doubt since I live right behind them. I got there at 730 exact and about 6 minutes before the car next to me. The girl went to that car instead of ours. She said that they are required to go criss cross or they will come out yell at her. No apologies given whatsoever. Proceed to order the drink and say I'm ordering the cold brew cold pour wrong even though its I have always gotten it. I also got a hazelnut latte with cold foam. Which taste nothing like a latte. No taste of hazelnut and tastes like pure cream no coffee whatsoever. I left there at 758 am. Needless to say the service from what it was has gone down to the slumps. To the point that I a daily coffee drinker of 2 or more a day, have decided to no longer waste my time. Along with my husband, daugther and sister. Honeslty we'd rather drive out of our way. Dutch used to be my favorite place especially since they are walking distance 30 minute wait for this doesnt make sense.
- LDlex digianMar 26, 20261.0drinks were good and everything but i had asked to add something onto my order (soft top) and was obviously completely willing to pay for it as i could tell the girl just forgot to ring me up for it she looked new i had never seen her there before she was young i believe her name was makayla and she straight up told me “no” to adding soemthing before my drink even came out, then just shoved the tap thing like through my car window for me to pay and i asked how much it was and she got mad. keep in mind we ordered at the window so this is all part of one transaction still. She just said no and stared at us for the rest of the interaction while we waited… was very weird and rude. the other workers were amazing as usual but that was just unacceptable, it made me and my friend super uncomfortable.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
