  I had a great overall experience at the Dunkin’ on 1970 W Elliot Rd. The girl at the drive-thru — I didn’t catch her name, but she was really nice and had such a great attitude. It really made my day. My sandwich was cooked all the way through and even the bacon was fully cooked. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ locations where it’s been half-cooked, so this was a huge plus. Coffee was just okay for me — a little too milky for my taste — but everything else was spot on. Best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had so far!

  Place is called Dunkin DONUTS and the donuts are stale. They have to be days old at this point. The dough is dry and hard around all the edges. Disgusting and disappointing for $2 per donut. Save yourself the disappointment and go across the street to Bosa for donuts.

  Stood at the counter patiently for almost 10 minutes while the girls were stocking the fridge and joking around and just left without getting anything. And it wasn't even busy! Literally two people in the lobby and nobody at the drive through. Happy there's a bosa across the street!

  Dunkin', I donut know what I'd do without you. This is the one closest to the house. Although they are known for doughnuts, I tend to pop on mainly for coffee or hashbrown coins. The avocado toast ain't the best and if I were completely honest, the coffee is whatever too. But every now and then, they release a new product I need to try. Recently we popped in for thr Banana Puddin' Cloud Latte $7.29 and Blueberry Pie Matcha $6.09. The Blueberry Pie Matcha really did taste like a blueberry pie. Both drinks were too sweet though. It's a great Dunkin'. I remember watching them build this location and I'm glad they're a part of the neighborhood. It's clean, plenty of seating, and the staff is friendly.

  We stopped at this location for the first time and so glad we did! The service we received from all the young employees was review worthy. Interactive and got our order right for the first time in a month. We have been to several DD where the staff needs customer service training and our order has not been right even once. The bathroom and lobby were very clean here. The food was great and they got our drink right! Highly recommend this location.
