  Wish i could give 0 stars. First time I went here we were missing 2+ items and they got stuff wrong aaand we waited at the pick up for an order that said it was ready for I kid you not 25 minutes. I let the manager know and they said that they were going to compensate me with a free burrito bowl (less than a 1/4th of the order) ,so we went back and showed them the receipt only to have somebody say they were going to look into it and then never cane back to the window, even though people were passing by that we were waving to and making eye contact with. Finally got tired of waiting and just drove off and said never again to this horrible place. Fast forward to tonight when I put an order in the app and for some reason it put it at this horrible place instead of the usual one on Alma school and McQueen which is the best chipotle I’ve ever had with superb service … they always go above and beyond Kinda like the opposite of this one and is the closest to me. Anyway we get the food and as per usual food is so meh like last time the chips don’t have any flavor they taste extremely stale with old grease taste . Super disappointing for some reason the steak is spicy like the Barbacoa and only gave us single pirtion instead of double on both and instead of giving us two medium sides of the queso blanco sauce for $2.45 they give the little baby ones that only cost $1.70 but still charged us for the medium at $2.45. This place doesn’t deserve to be a Chipotle and soil their good name. I used to work at a chipotle. And this one is so far against company standards its mind boggling they’re still allowed to be apart of the franchise. My old managers Angie and Ceasar would think this was for a training video on how not to run a Chipotle . Never i repeat NEVER! Waste your money or time here! By the way the first horrible interaction I had with this place was over two years ago so the standards have definitely not changed since then. And to make it all worse today is my husbands birthday And instead of a delicious chipotle birthday dinner from our usual chipotle that’s closer to our house we get this bland yet somehow overly spicy and fatty poorly cooked and portioned Temu version for $60!!! Disgusting!

  I usually really love Chipotle, it's typically hard to go wrong here. This location unfortunately, is consistently going wrong. A few weeks ago, my partner ordered online for us and we did not receive guac on either of our bowls, despite ordering guac. I passed it off as a one time mistake, and I understand that nobody is perfect. Tonight, I ordered a steak bowl with guac, and went to pick it up at the drive thru. When I got home, I realized that my bowl didn't have steak OR guac. The two things that you pay extra for, weren't even there. I understand forgetting an extra item like guac on occasion, but not this often. I also don't know how they also forgot the main protein of the meal. On top of that, they never talk to you and rush your order(I understand if it's busy, and I know people have bad days. I work customer service too, usually that would not have any effect to me, but this just added onto the already existing problems.) I don't know if the management is doing a sub-par job on supporting this team, or if it's another issue all together, but it's lead me to make my first negative review for a fast food place. Side note: the parking lot has been blocked off since atleast December, and you have to drive on the wrong side of the road(it's a one way alley w arrows) to get out after going through the drive-thru. It's not really the employee's fault, but just a warning to anyone that doesn't know yet.

  I usually don’t have any issues with ordering from this place, especially with grubhub but OMFG… I got a steak bowl and the meat that was put into it was absolutely DISGUSTING. It straight up tasted like it was spoiled, I legit couldn’t even eat it. To top it off I found a piece of plastic in my food?! I’m honestly so disappointed with what I got and especially for the price I paid, I would hope a little bit more care would be put into it. I will not be ordering or eating from this location ever again.

  Their steak bowl was sad, even for Chipotle's substandard protein content. I knew this getting the meal bowl, but I am otherwise a fan of the rest of the bowl and it's ingredients, which is why I still go a few times a year rather than much more often as I did in the past. The meal bowl had 3 little strips of steak. I already had meats meal prepped at home for the week thankfully with the intent of adding my own because I knew how non-existent their protein sizes were, but wow, I wasn't truly prepared to pay nearly $15 for a meal bowl that could only scrape together roughly 10 grams of protein. Do better Chipotle. Just seriously. Do better.
