  Worst run location. The line is routinely a minimum of 20 minutes long. The food that’s supposed to be hot is room temperature. The food that is supposed to be cold is also room temperature. The dining area is dirty and they have all kinds of employees in the back, but none to clean the dining room or help customers to make the line faster. Hearing the staff talk they all take breaks around lunchtime, which is peak time for service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

  This chipotle is the best chipotle I’ve ever had I used to work at chipotle and this one is even better than my store. I have had the unfortunate displeasure of accidentally having the app put my order in at the other chipotle on Alma school and Chandler blvd and I am so so very sad it did my poor husband‘s birthday dinner was ruined by their absolutely horrible service and food and missing items. This one however is the best one absolute Gold Standard of a Chipotle and I wish so badly that the app put us here to our usual spot that we eat at at least once or twice a week this place never disappoints even if you live farther away from this one then another one I highly recommend you make the drive and come out to this one you will not be disappointed they always go above and beyond to take care of their customers and even throw in extra stuff just because they’re that awesome love this place and the people working here! I have recommended this location to so many people and i know people who drive extra far just to go to this one. Will never stop singing this places praises!

  This is the most disgustingly dirty Chipotle I have ever eaten at. I attempted to give a second chance last night as I was there a few months ago and spoken with the manager about how dirty it was. He stated they just took it over and was working to turn it around. There was food scattered all over the individual food containers, the counter looked like it had not been wiped off at all, the cooking grill area had food everywhere and bins stacked high that needed to be cleaned and the eating area had no clean tables. We returned to give it another chance last night and it was again was really dirty. The food bins that they serve from had other food dropped in them, the steak was not good at all and eating area was dirty (we had to eat outside). Even the drink area was disgusting! Hopefully someone eating there isn’t allergic to something since there was cheese in salsa, guacamole and vegetables in the meat. My husband became sick in the evening shortly after dinner. We will not be returning to this Chipotle. The higher ups in this company should stop in because this is definitely not up to standards at all. Do better Chipotle!

  I come here all the time - during the busy and during the dead. I’ve never once had a bad experience. I wanted to mention, last time they charged me for double chicken. But the guy was super understanding, refunded me in a second, and then offered me a free drink. I highly respect anyone doing service recovery like this (coming from a leader in the service industry). Great Chipotle 👍
