The passive-aggressive attitudes are noticeable and uncomfortable. I recently got a new car, which I’m grateful for, but it’s not something I’m trying to “flex.” However, the way some staff behave makes it feel like assumptions are being made about customers based on how they look or what they drive. That kind of judgment has no place in customer service. On top of that, the food I received today was questionable, and the order was only about $12. For such a small order, there’s no excuse for poor quality or poor treatment. Experiences like this make it clear that this location needs to do better, both in customer service and food standards.
