It was the first time I ordered from Brunch Snob. I ordered to-go so I didn’t spend much time inside the restaurant but the customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was nice. As for the food, everything was delicious except for the breaded chicken breast that was part of my breakfast. It was inedible. It had the weirdest texture, hard, rubbery, and chew. I had to throw it in the trash. Very disappointed.
A lot to like here -- and one thing that keeps me from coming back.
The menu is extensive and the customization options are genuinely impressive. Swap your toast for a biscuit, trade the potatoes for hash browns or fruit -- little things, but they show thought. Portions are generous too, borderline too much for one person. Prices are fair for what you get.
The space itself is large and well set up for groups of any size. There's also a bar area if you're in the mood for mimosas or cocktails, which is a nice touch for a brunch spot. Staff were attentive and took time to walk us through the menu -- no complaints there.
We ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes ($14.99), Sausage Stack ($15.99), Mother Clucker ($15.99), and Snob Cordon Bleu ($15.99). None of them were bad, exactly -- but none of them were good enough to order again. Everything tasted a little off, like it had been prepped in advance and reheated. Hard to pinpoint, but it was consistent across the table.
At the end of the day, a restaurant has to make you want to come back for the food. This one didn't quite get there.

I really wanted to love this place. The food was fine. I met a friend that I haven't seen in ages for brunch. We were chatting and I was very aware of whether or not they needed our table. There were plenty of open tables and no one waiting to be seated, so we kept chatting. Someone who wasn't our waitress came to tell us they have a 90 minute limit on tables. If it was super busy, I could understand a gentle reminder, but this was rude and no one was waiting. We left the mostly empty place. I do not recommend this as a place to meet up with friends.
2nd time here. Ordered the hash browns with sausage gravy to go using their online system. I received a text right away saying they received my order. I received a 2nd text saying my order was ready within 2 minutes of placing my order. I got to the hostess stand and they checked on my order only to find that it wasn't ready and that it would take 10 minutes. To be fair, the place was busy at 10 am on a Sunday. What I ordered was probably quick to make as the gravy was already done and the hash browns don't take long to make. I waited the 10 minutes and went back up to the hostess stand only to find that my order had been sitting there. So that's why I gave the service 3 stars.
Their sausage gravy is ridiculously good. You don't need hash browns or biscuits, you could just use regular toast. It's awesome. Don't judge this place for when it was BLD. Brunch Snob is legit and the crowds are proof.
This place has a fun, causal vibe. Plenty of room between tables, bar off to the side w/garage doors that open. An amazing menu with many enticing options. So we will be back to try more.
We aren't sure but we think the biscuits were homemade. The gravy was thick and tasty. The sausage was a grade above the usual. Eggs were fluffy too!
Thumbs up all the way around.
