  I recently visited Biryani Point, which has been around for many years, but I learned from a friend that it’s now under new management. I was curious to see what had changed, so I decided to stop by and check it out. Right away I noticed the improved ambience and a refreshing new menu with a lot of interesting options. While I was browsing the menu, a fusion item caught my attention — Szechuan Chicken Wings. Around that time, a gentleman walked by, introduced himself, and kindly asked if I needed help with the menu. He explained a few of the dishes and gave some great suggestions. I ended up ordering Szechuan Chicken Wings, Nalla Karam Podi Chicken, and a regular Chicken Biryani. The Szechuan Chicken Wings were absolutely perfect — juicy, well-flavored, and cooked just right. The seasoning was nicely balanced and the wings were moist and tender. The Nalla Karam Podi Chicken was something unique that I had never tried before. It had rich flavors and a distinctive taste, and I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable it was. It also seemed kid-friendly, which is great for families. The Chicken Biryani lived up to expectations as well. The rice was flavorful and the chicken pieces were well marinated and juicy, making it a satisfying dish overall. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The new management seems to be doing a great job with the menu, flavors, and atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy good Indian food with a few creative twists.

  I’ve dined in a few times, but this review is for a carry out that I ordered today. I often measure Indian restaurants by how they do my favorite dish. I ordered paneer tikka kababs …. This is one of the few restaurants that gets it right. The paneer seems to be marinated appropriately, and the flavors are very even and balanced. Most other paneer tikkas I’ve had in the valley are bland (flavor only on the surface and roc solid paneer inside. I got the coal tikka flavor that was strong and exactly what I wanted! I ordered other dishes too that were very flavorful and done right. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy good, authentic Indian cuisine.
