  Good food? Yes. But when I order online pickup and wait 10 mins in store with no one asking if I'm picking up food while it sits on the counter getting cold. Workers just drop the orders right in front of me and never even asked what I was there for even though it says pickup here. It's just bagels but damn

  Can't say enough positive things about this new site! There isn't a better bagel shop in the area! People are great, food is outstanding and the atmoshere is perfect...

  Pretty mid.... The location is nice but the food was not great, bagels are kinda dry and not particularly memorable. I got a turkey sandwich and the veggies weren't great and the mustard was the cheap kind that doesn't have a good taste. Staff was nice though.

  Accidentally sent my order to the wrong location, and they delivered it to me free of charge! Usually order from the Tempe location, but the service and food is great in both! Will contine to order way too often :)
