  I had Arby's for the first time today, and just as I anticipated, it was vile and disgusting. It really makes me wonder who's keeping this place in business at all. I figured I'd try their limited time menu and get the fish sandwich with the Hawaiian roll, I'm convinced this sandwich had been sitting for at least 5-7 hours as the cheese was oxidized and the top layer fish filet had congealed with the cheese, it was vile. Everything arrived cold or lukewarm. Truly terrible 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  I love love love their fish deluxe samwhich it is sooo good! The manager on duty is excellent he very professional and very nice and run the place great i think his name is Demetrius? He excellent. Food tastes fresh and at right temperature. I ask if corporate can please keep the deluxe fish samwhich on the menu I appreciate it I like that better then the plain fish samwhich . Thanks! You guys are awsome

  Stopped in around 1:15 on a Wednesday afternoon, wasn't too busy inside but a few customers were inside. Placed my order and took a seat to wait. After what seemed like an extremely long time, I checked my phone to see what time it was since I still didn't have my order. It took over 15 minutes to get my basic food order. On top of the long wait, the food was not very warm at all and overall was not very appetizing.

  Ordered $30 worth of food. A large fry and a sandwich was missing and nobody wanted to answer the phone. Went back and got the good ole “you should have called”
