  This Albertson’s literally almost poisoned me and my family. I bought some of their family packs of ground beef (the kind they grind in house). All of the packages were abnormally wet for ground beef. Opening the packages I was overwhelmed by the smell of bleach or similar cleaning agent. Careless butchers not properly cleaning and drying the meat grinder is a HUGE issue. I called the store and the guy at customer service basically laughed it off and said ‘well I dont know how that would happen’ I threw all the meat away and saved a small amount for proof and testing. I will 100% sue if this comes back as any cleaner used by the store. This is not funny and not a joke I am livid that this happened and will take it to news stations once I gather enough evidence.

  Rather than rounding the total tax to the nearest cent, this store rounds the calculated tax on each individual item up to the next highest cent. In other words, they are charging customers an extra half-cent per item, on average. This significantly increases the effective tax rate on low-price items. For example, the sales tax on food items in Chandler is 1.50%. For ten different items costing 89¢, the tax per item should be 1.34¢, or 13¢ total. However, this store would charge 2¢ of tax per item, for a total tax of 20¢. This equates to an effective tax rate of 2.25%, or a 50% increase. This might not seem like much, but it adds up quickly!

  I love shopping at Albertsons, but this Albertsons customer service wasn't acceptable. I asked for some information and was treated like I should have known where the item was located, if I knew that I wouldn't have asked, most of the employees where in front talking and possibly work related but from what I heard it wasn't. But that's not my concern, just not happy with the brush off

  I love this store . I am new to the neighborhood my husband and I just moved her a few weeks ago . I went shopping this past week and love the precut slices of juice watermelon you had. I brought it home and it was delicious and perfect warm weekend' I love the sales and I also love your roasted chickens you have. They are very good. My favorite I like so far was I think it garlic and rosemary or garlic and herb I not sure which one it is ..but it delicious and I love the lemon chicken as well. Very convenient for a nice dinner with family at home. I love the big selections of premade samwhiches and salads . It all so wonderful so this is now going to be my home store..the customers service here is excellent and everyone is very friendly and happy . The store is very organized ' and clean. So thank you for making it a nice welcoming store I will be enjoying for years to come I have a request to add to my review. Is there anyway your store can sell bison? I have to go to Fry's and Costco for it but a little out of my way to go get it. Anyways if it can get requested to be sold in your stores in the meat department I appreciate it. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

  Between new digital tags that have a font size so small I can't read them and an aggressive and almost always incorrect self-checkout that records me scanning my items before accusing me of theft this store has become a complete joke compared to even a year ago. It is impossible to actually get any help in this location as all employees prioritize online orders over the actual customers in the building. I literally had to stop shopping and help a woman finish her shopping because she couldn't reach anything in the store meanwhile the staff kept ignoring her asking for help and would just shove past her to keep working on online pick-up orders. It's actually pathetic how much this store has become actively hostile to the customers in the building.
