As a private chef of over 25 years, many of which I spent traveling as a yacht chef, I have learned that a good and reliable butcher is a major key to my own success. In every port it’s the essential to find. And I am so glad I found you guys. The prime rib you perfectly cut and tied for me was of excellent quality. A good judge of a prime rib is that simple seasoning is all that is needed and the meat can sing for itself. This roast SANG. Tender, juicy, perfect fat layer for my herb crust that I served with a smoked finishing salt. My guests complimented the prime rib all night and I could only point to you. So thank you for making me look good. And for your genuine kindness, excellent communication, and fine eye for good meat. See you again soon!
