  I walked in was amazed they no longer takes orders at the counter. The manager was there though happy to take my order and I said TWO SOFT TACOS, she typed in the order,, I got back home it was the wrong order it was two hard shell tacos. BEWARE this place. No customer service, the just want money.

  Unfortunately this trip to Taco Bell was not that great. There was a terrible smell in the dinning area. A mix or diarrhea and molded chesse.. many customers left before ordering. We almost did. Took our food to our vehicle. Strange thing none of the employees could smell it.

  This place sucks. How I put a order in over an hour ago then I arrive and the cashier never comes to the counter I have to yell out for someone then they tell me me I’m on the second sheet like I know what that means. Just slow

  Missed up our order. Did not give us the right hot sauces either. They were not busy. They took there sweet time sobthe everything should have been right. The drive thru was a 20 minute wait that was horrible. Need to work on their service practices.

  The kiosk ordering was simple and user friendly. The food was exactly what we ordered and had been made fresh so it was hot. The portions were phenomenal and of great value. There is plenty of room in the lobby. The hot sauce packets are available for self service. Overall, if we are ever back to casa grande we would return and take our friends.
