  I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the kind gesture extended to me this evening by the young man working this evening. (3/25/26). Christian was his name. Christian! You were so kind to follow me out with the rest of my order to the car, and the happy birthday comment for my husband was also very sweet. I commend you and your parents, you have been raised well kiddo. Keep being yourself, and you will go far! Papas!! Give this kid a raise please. He was busting his butt back there, and still made the trip a memorable one for me this evening, just for these moments… thanks kid. You restored my faith in the world, and i hope someone shares all of this with you!

  The people are friendly, store is clean, but they Screwed up my order, put pepperoni on a vegetable pizza, kids wouldn’t eat it, they had to scrounge the cubbies for food, ended up eating cereal for dinner, I did not know till next afternoon when I came home from work. I’m a single parent truck driver. Had to throw whole pizza in trash. Now I am Out a pizza and the cash I paid for it. Won’t be ordering from Papa John’s for at least the next year. That is how to punish companies for bad service, they need to lose business.

  The level of incompetence still surprises me sometimes. I try to order online, I can’t find a spot to put a not or request what I want. So I call it in. I don’t like crispy pepperoni so when I order I ask for the pizza to be made with the pepperoni under the cheese. Seems simple. After I completed my order I confirmed that the pepperoni was to be under the cheese. I sent my son to pick it up and he did not check it (it wouldn’t have been checked if I had it delivered) I live about 15 minutes away so by the time it got to the house and I saw (the picture) I have 2 choices 1. Peel off the pepperoni (and the cheese with it) 2. Call back and have another one made spend the next 30 minutes round trip to get it fixed, not eat with my family and either grab a couple garlic knots before I go or wait till I get back and see if any are left (witch they will be gone or cold). So thanks for making my pizza wrong. It really did kinda ruin my family dinner.

  You people actually want tipped before pizza is picked up? No way. Never will. How is it when I order extra cheese there is still bare spots on the pizza? You guys are slipping bad.
