  Hate to complain like this but we had an interesting visit on April 1st. Walked up to door and was disgusted to see the dirt and grime all over door and handle. Hated to even grab it to open door but did.. Went to order breakfast and were told that they are short a lot of things. We found that to be a fact when we had to change breakfast order, as did the 2 people in front of us. They had no large coffee cups, although that's not a big deal , but they had no cream nor milk for it either. Certain sandwiches were not available as well. Instead of napkins they tore off some paper towel and put it in our takeout bag. The lad that took our order told us that the ownership couldn't afford to get quite a few supplies at the time and we felt really bad for the staff. While I'm sorry to hear that there are problems like this, the paying customers deserve to know and McDonald's should be looking after this issue. I truly hope that they can get it together Mcdonalds wants more info..no proper link from them

  I placed a curbside order at 6:41...I got to the store by 6:45...let them know I was there... walked inside and waited patiently at the pick up line since no one came to my car and it was raining..there was a cashier Daryl? The lobby was NOT busy but this employee decided to just stand there and when questions were asked this person looked confused or couldn't give you an answer..took 2 customer's orders then just stood there. Maybe it's time to retire but it took me having to stop a manager in her tracks...she was very busy and she immediately found my order just sitting on the back counter untouched ... she had to make and provide hashbrowns I didn't ask for but much appreciated and the Daryl just tossed my order on the counter...no greet...no type of customer service...just a disgusting attitude and no professionalism. I didn't get my order until 7:15. This location seems more focused on drive thru and gossiping in the kitchen then paying attention to the customers who bring the money into the company. This employee needs to be reevaluated.

  No napkins, no ice, no syrup for the pancakes, no milk, no communication these items were missing when you ordered the pancake meal, and no manager that cares.

  The absolute smallest bagel sandwich I've ever seen! The top touched the bottom all the way around and the egg only covered maybe half. 1 partial piece of bacon for the entire sandwich. The hash browns were forgotten, the drinks forgotten, and they were out of ketchup packets and cups for the dispenser.

  Waited in the parking lot waiting area for over 10 minutes for a quarter pounder meal(1) when it finally arrived it was practically thrown at me. I left before looking at the food. When I opened the box it was full of large pieces of onion. I was driving so I did lift the bun to see what was on the burger. I took a few bites when I got a bite of something bad. It was rotten onions. I got food poisoning and was vomiting the rest of the day.
