There’s zero leadership, zero urgency, and absolutely zero competence. This location is the perfect example of why fast-food horror stories exist in the first place. Watching them stumble around aimlessly almost made me want to push them aside and make the food myself just so something would get done correctly. This Wendy’s is an embarrassment to the brand and honestly feels like it should be shut down. The level of negligence here isn’t just bad — it’s borderline unacceptable. I hope some manager reads this and just cries cause that’s what I wanted to do after wasting $20 here. NEVER AGAIN.
