  Ordered my meal and got shorted so much after sitting in the drive through for 45 min and then to be told the lobby was closed and go through the drive through again. No customer service and no respect, especially at 11:12 pm. Who wants to be in line that long for food at a fast food restaurant

  Definition of "absurdity. " Go in, met by a nice person who asks if she can help me with ordering on the kiosk. I say, "I'd rather you help me at the register. " She says they are not allowed to help at the register, so she stays with me until I have ordered 2 items. She asks if that completed my order. I said no, I would like a senior soft drink. She says, sorry, but you can't order Sr drinks at the kiosk, but she can order it for me at the register. (Absurd) Then asks if that's all. Me: yes. I place the order and choose "pay with cash " and she then says she can help me with cash payment at the register! (Absurd) But I HAD to use the kiosk!! Absurd!!🤣🤣🤣

  I love Taco Bell and always have, since the early 90's. That said the last 10 years Taco Bell has been a disappointment. This Taco Bell reminded me of the good years! The employees were sincerely focused on customer service and accuracy and my order was perfect! I felt like I got what I paid for which never happens at Taco Bell anymore. This location is amazing and I will drive out of my way to eat at this location! I also want to say that the store was clean and the employees seemed happy to be there which says a lot any the management at the location.

  The restaurant waa clean, and we got the best Taco Bell food is years! We will.be back!!!
