    My husband and I came into this Taco Bell location to order food before we went grocery store. We stepped up to the counter to order, after about five minutes, the guy wrapping tacos (who had just helped the man in front of me) asked us if we were "Are you trying to order?" I said yes and he said that we had to use the kiosk behind us. The system is not easy to use and to customize orders sucks. The couple behind us got really mad and left. I don't understand why these big business feel they need your bump up prices of their product and then make us do the employees job. I suppose next time we will be told to cook it ourselves. We will not be back. Big corporate greed and laziness from the younger workforce is getting out of hand! It has been 20 minutes and we still don't have our food. Go figure.
