  This place is never cleaned. Every time we go in we wait quite some time before someone notices us standing at the counter to order. The place just feels dirty they don't wipe down the tables or anything. Last time I went with my they had a guy there alseep in the lobby.

  We were greeted with the wonderful scent of donuts and a smile from a friendly face at the counter, and she helped us figure out how many munchkins we wanted. We also bought some heart-shaped boston cremes which were delicious! Some of the munchkins we got were squashed, but they tasted fine, and the blueberry ones were particularly tasty. If there could be a bit more quality control in the creation and handling of the munchkins, I could give 5 stars.

  I arrived first thing in the morning and waited in line for quite some time, only to receive donuts that appeared several days old. We ultimately threw them away. I was under the impression that the donuts are made fresh each morning—what happened? This experience wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’. It feels like the focus has shifted more toward drinks than maintaining the quality of the donuts, which is disappointing.

  Idc what anyone says. The Casa Grande location will always be superior. Coffee is perfect 99.9% of the time and they move quick even when the entire city is there!
