  Eat here at your own risk! If I were able to give a zero I would. Zero for service and zero for food. Not only did they not have what I ordered. They refused to provide a refund after verbally saying I could be refund, then made me go through customer service via email. On top of that, the food they forced us to take was raw. You cannot eat raw chicken! Again, you cannot eat raw chicken! This is completely unacceptable. This is a disgrace and this location should not be operating under these circumstances!

  Every table was dirty, trash overflowing, I asked for easy on the hot salsa and the girl proceeded to dump a full ladle of it on my been, easy on the lettuce and she again grabs the last of the lettuce in the bottom of the bin throws it on my bowl drenching it in lettuce water. Maybe it was just bad timing but being my first time to this location, I don't think I'll be back and I'd recommend you avoid it as well. Hopefully management will step up and hold the employees to some higher standards.

  I came here around 4pm today and they said their was no chicken, which was fine so me and my daughter waited about 20 minutes for chicken. Once they said the chicken was done we went up to go and get our bowls and they said that they had absolutely no beans and that it would be 30 minutes. You would think, after informing us about the chicken that they would inform us that there would be no beans as well. The girl preparing food was not happy to be there and extremely rude. Jax, the cashier was extremely helpful and kept apologizing while the general manager was in the back on her phone. Thank you for your help Jax and shame on that general manager!!!

  I don’t order Chipotle often, but when I do it’s usually delivery. The problem is the portions are all over the place. The last burrito was huge. Today’s was literally half the size. Same order. Completely different amount of food.

  Younger lady with black trim glasses provided the crappiest service and had a terrible attitude . Been going to chipotle for years , never coming to this one again as long as shes employed here. No room for a bad attitude. Even one of her co workers noticed it
