  This is the only chipotle in town so obviously I’m gonna come here. The food isn’t bad. But the service is just disappointing. I’m fairly young and I’ve also worked customer service so I know how it is. But it doesn’t give anyone a right to be rude. Me and my dad were here earlier and I honestly didn’t like how we were treated. I go to the line and the worker is just staring at me, doesn’t even say hi or “what can I get for you” she just stared at me with a rude face and I ended up breaking the silence and said hi can I get a bowl. And she just had unnecessary attitude the whole interaction. She didn’t even smile once. It was just an uncomfortable interaction overall. At the very least she could’ve just smiled. And we’re paying 31$ for two bowls with a side of unnecessary attitude. It was just disappointing and I hope that you guys can do better because being nice is the easiest part of your job.

  Literally the worst chipotle ever. From the service to the quality of food. They give you so much attitude for no reason. I’ve given this location so many opportunities and hope it’s better each time but I’m officially done with this location, it’s a waste of money each time. They were completely out of sour cream so i replied with aw bummer and the employee responded with “you act like that’s my fault what do you want me to do about it” and the steak was burnt pieces from the bottom of the container i asked if they were making more and they said they were out for the night and weren’t making more. It was 7pm on a Monday… absolutely ridiculous

  Is Chipotle mad at me? I think so. You would think when you get food that is not cheap it shouldn't be light as a feather. What happened to the large burritos? My chicken bowl in the photo had not even been touched yet. Where is everything? There was supposed to be sour cream but it was obvious they put a tiny teaspoon in. It was so dry. This location seems to be a crap shoot. Sometimes you get decent portions, sometimes its like the employees are personally paying for your food our of their paychecks. By the look of all the horrible reviews for this location in CG, its about time corporate steps in.

  The staff is rude and inconsiderate, and all carry egos They took tons of time today so multiple people lined up at the door and yet still kept it locked. I ignored everything anybody asked I would never recommend coming to this location until management cleans up the act of these employees absolutely unacceptable and I would certainly hope this is not a representation of this franchise or of the Chipotle business as a whole. I do have a video of it that I’ll be more than happy to share

  Had to order on-line for certain items and when items are incorrect and you can't speak to anyone you call complaint line and get run around via computer generated phone system line. There should be a on-line complaint feed back to the restaurant owner's to ensure corporate and store owner's are in complete communication regarding cold food that should have been hot. Note: Hot food orders should be placed in a warmer to keep hot until order is picked up! We live less 5 minutes away and food was colder than normal body temperature. Corporate should make sure that all complaints are addressed within a timely manner. Can't call location because it goes to call center. Time waiting to speak to someone is way to long. However highly recommend that written complaints should be addressed by a verbal response, however we can't speak to anyone and we're not posting our phone #.
