The Barro’s Pizza recipe comes from Grandma Angelina Barro who came from Italy in the 1930’s, providing a pizza unlike any other. People may disagree on whether it's the thick crust with its light, flakey texture, which almost melts in your mouth, or the wonderful spiced sauce that is the secret of this great tasting pizza. Barro’s Pizza also provides wings, salads, sandwiches, pastas, gluten-free pizza options, dessert, beer and wine.
Brand new restaurant with lots of seating and a small play area for the kids. I was a little disappointed that they put barely any teriyaki sauce on the Kona pizza.

We were greeted when we went to the order counter, this literally is epic. Your staff, order takers are a breath of fresh air. Super friendly, assertive and beautiful. You have done the very best job with hiring for your front of house. Honestly, the food could have been terrible but your kids would have made that ok.
The only negative is the beer needs to be way colder and frozen glasses would make it a phenomenal experience.
The thin crust is fantastic. We will be back again and again.

Love Barro's but this new location kinda sucks. Don't get me wrong, it's nice inside but there is no sound barrier. I could hear conversation at other tables quite a distance away. Some Sisters and I were there last week and there was a family gathering right next to us. They were probably talking at normal tones but they sounded as if they were screaming. It hurts your ears to hear in there. We could nearly hear each other at our table so we just left. Barro's, you need sound panels on your walls. The loudness is terrible.

Good pizza, BAD customer service.
Online ordering doesn't work (whatever 3rd party they use), and incompetent staff put you on hold, pick up and put you on hold many times over. Store experience not much better, so shame this has gone downhill so much. 😑
