  lots of turnover, struggle to get order correct. wrong last 3 times, they dont cut pizza into squares even though it the selectable as an option , they chince on cheese very light on cheese as a rule been ordering fron this location in camp verde az for 5 years now so Im switching to little ceasars ( since dominos wont deliver to Rimrock i have to drive by little deasars to fet to dominos so its a win win for me, some selections c at LC's are better, cheesier & cheaper , when selecting cook more for pan pizzas Dom's burns the bottom, every time. (I order pizza for my work crews, ) Im a bigger customer than most. even at 2 pizzas they can get it wrong .

  Ordered a ultimate pepperoni pizza hardly any pepperoni on the pizza more sauce than anything else and no oregano .

  Subject: Extremely Disappointing Treatment, Canceled Order, and Managerial Refusal to Listen ​This review concerns a very poor customer service experience at the Camp Verde Domino's location on the evening of December4tharound 11:30 PM. ​My friend, a regular customer with a disability, placed an online order shortly before closing. The manager then called her directly regarding the placed order, only to state: "I'm sorry you do this all the time, and I'm not going to take your order." The manager unilaterally canceled the order before hanging up, even as my friend was trying to inform them she was less than five minutes away for pickup, as is her usual practice. ​When I went into the store to address the situation, the manager refused to engage, continually talking over me, and ignoring my attempts to explain why my friend felt mistreated. While speaking to her, her voice was noticeably shaky, suggesting she knew her actions were wrong. ​The manager demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and fairness: ​She quickly called her supervisor before I could request to speak with them, seemingly to cover her tracks. ​She continued preparing an order (a salad) for another customer—who walked in right behind me—showing that the store was fully operational and able to fill orders. ​This manager's actions demonstrate a complete lack of respect. They knew my friend is a frequent, late-hour customer and should have either accommodated her or proactively offered a constructive solution. Instead, she was treated with contempt and witnessed preferential service given to others. Loyal customers, especially those with disabilities, should be treated with the utmost respect. This level of customer neglect is unacceptable.

  Made my order at 2:50pm, just one thin crust pepperoni pizza.. called over twenty minutes later when I noticed the tracker said my pizza had been in prep the entire time. Was told it’d be out the door in the next 15 minutes later.. a whole hour after my order was placed I call again and the person was rude as if I was a bother to be calling again over 30 minutes after I was told my pizza would be on its way in 15 minutes.. here we are at 3:55pm and still not delivery when the tracker says the driver left the store at 3:36… LAST time I order pizza from them Cristy’s just gained a new customer forget Dominos
