  The food was pretty good. The lack of seating makes for a terrible dining experience, especially when the managers are taking up a whole table and one of the gas station clerks are taking their break over there and taking the other table only leaving two tables for anyone eating in absolutely terrible managers. Look at you and doesn’t offer any form of solution when I try to substitute and add the four Four piece wings the manager had to come over and help and then question saying that I can only order six or 10 after. I told them I wanted the combo at this point I would choose Jersey Mike’s in Prescott over to this place.

  I was so excited when I found out a Charleys was opening in Camp Verde! I went to this location on their second day open for lunch and had a great experience. Hazel was the employee who helped me at the drive thru window, she was very sweet and friendly. I ordered the chicken California and it was delicious, the ranch dressing gave the sandwich amazing flavor. I had to go again for dinner because the food was so good. Hazel helped me out again in the drive thru and we shared a good laugh about me going twice in one day.

  Got our food and waited about 20 mins for our food not only that they got the whole order wrong 3 times. We were there way other an hour and the finally time they still got it wrong so we just left with what they gave us but it’s was dripping of oil ! Couldn’t even eat it at all with how much oil was coming off the boneless chicken wings. Not ok !

  If I was the owner of this place I would fire everyone and start over. The employees are not qualified for this job. They have been open a week and a cheesesteak restaurant ran out of cheesesteak. There were unprofessional workers in the drive thru telling people to leave because they were out of everything. This place should have waited another 2 weeks to open. It should also be a prerequisite that you have all your teeth to work here. They are dealing with the public and they are overrun.
