  Double check your order, they tend to forget/ completely miss a combo you bought. Also, first wendys Ive been too that runs outta potatoes, no biggie though. But customer service needs some work. Like you dont give attitude when someone comes back because you forgot their order.

  John took my order and was very kind .but. More then anything and the most important thing to me as a paying customer is that John Saved me money! He understands their customers work hard for their money so when we come in and place orders not knowing that if we moved things around or simply say it in a different way it ends up being what we want and more! And saves us Money . Wendy’s has a special place in my heart .my grandfather and I used to go to Wendy’s when I was a kid.” It was our spot” . So now that I can take my own family there and get to enjoy food and my memories, means a lot. And to have people like John that helps me do so and I have a piece of mind that it’s not going to take everything out of my wallet means so much . Thank you John and thank you Wendy’s
