  I always have a great experience at Jimmy John's. The employees are consistently friendly, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service really stands out. One of the team members, Kody even went the extra mile and gave me a card for a free side on my next visit, which was a really nice touch. Definitely one of my go-to spots! I appreciate his customer service.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to one of the coolest employees at Jimmy Johns named Kristen. She took care of us and make sure we had a quality service and great food. Highly recommend to anybody ask for her. She’s great thank you Jimmy Johns for a great experience.

  I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s. The service was quick and efficient, and everything was handled in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. I also had a positive interaction with the manager, Kristen, she was professional, approachable, and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. It’s always nice to see strong leadership that reflects in the team’s service. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience!

  Jimmy Johns is my favorite place to stop by and eat at while on break for lunch because they are always so fast when Kirsten is working. I only have a half hour to enjoy my lunch so I want to enjoy every minute of it. You can expect amazing service when Kirsten is working. Give that lady a raise!!!!

  Mobile order: Little John #4 and spicy East Coast Italian. App offered all the customizations I could reasonably imagine. Actual order came through accurately, and very tasty. Spicy Italian could have had a bit more kick to it. Brought someone with me, who ordered at the counter. Took a few minutes for him to orient through the menu, but he eventually settled on the #16 Club Lulu. His preparer offered all the basic customizations as she put the sandwich together, and he, too, seemed happy with the result. Of the food itself, the bread had a good crust with a nicely fluffy, chewy interior. Meats and condiments tasted good and came in ample supply. Only minor disappointment was seeing no postings in the store for the new gyro offerings. The app mentions it, I got a text notification about it, but promo material wasn't evident locally. It's not really a knock against this store, but I'm hoping to give that a try next time I go.
