  I ordered 2 crunchy tacos & 2 bean burritos. Both burritos were smaller than the tacos-a first for me, when I brought it to their attention, Tracie stated it was how they're wrapped! In 50+ years of eating at Taco Bell, I've NEVER had a burrito smaller than a taco. No offer to remake them which would have made me happy, I had to then ask for a refund-terrible customer service. Tracie acted as if I was a problem. WOW

  The coffee wasn’t ready, but when it was made, they brought it to our table Service with a smile.

  Got Food poisoning!! Food sucked. I blame it on management they can't train their employees to even put the right ingredients in the items don't waste your money that place is a joke.

  Update: Have younger man working the drive thru and front, friendly, well-mannered and focused on working. So much better 🙂 The past 3 times I've tried to order the elderly lady with the headset sings, screams, and curses. The last 2 times, it was slow, but today it was lunchtime rushhour and she behaved the same way. I feel sorry for her coworkers, no one should have to work around someone like that.

  Didn't have taco salad, the soft taco i ordered came as a potato taco which I didn't know they even had and didn't get my nacho fries that i ordered will not be going back to this taco Bell ever
