  Didn't get a chance to taste the food cuz they were not paying attention and wouldn't look up from what they were doing and just stood at the counter for 10 minutes and couldn't get waited on. There were bags of food that people weren't picking up. The bathroom had a horrible odor and no mirror which would have been nice in the ladies room and the atmosphere is cold and dingy. Really would have loved to have tried the food. They were insanely busy in the back. There were people in the front waiting but it seemed like the people that work there. Really not sure about what they were doing. Very disappointing. So we went next door to the other restaurant and got waited on.

  First time having Pollo Loco and I can say food was amazing and customer service was even more of a plus for me. I’m so glad we have a Pollo Loco now and will definitely will continue to eat at this location!

  I was visiting from out of town a few days ango and stopped by this El Pollo Loco,so glad I did! The staff was amazing and made me feel very welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. Ownership and management is top tier, thanks for coming to Bullhead, your going to do GREAT!

  I had an excellent experience at this El Pollo Loco. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell they really care about quality and customer service. Highly recommend!

  I guess im old i grew up with this place just didn't hit it beans where under cooked to hard and the chicken was dry over cooked they should ask tacos and beers how they cook there chicken
