I get working fast food is not the go to but at least know how to have some customer service. I didn’t know this Dunkin location didn’t have any maple donuts, that was new to me she freaked out and stated we’ve always been that way. Oh my bad! Dunkin she needs to be fired thx, don’t work a customer service job if you can’t have customer service.

- GJGmz JessJul 24, 20253.0I live like 2 minutes from DD and thats why I go there. Never had an issue u til recently. Eveyone is usually very friendly and kind, and service is good. But these past couple times the person on Drive thru sounds like she is forced to be there. Second time, again the lady sounds miserable and my bagel was so burnt I couldn't eat it. Im not picky a little burnt is actually good, but not this time. It cut the roof of my mouth. It was bad. Time to stop spending money on bad service and food.
