  On March 19, 2026, I ordered 2 smoothies and a sandwich to be delivered to my job. As my friend was drinking her smoothie, a big piece of metal came up her straw and into her mouth. She spit it out and I didn’t drink the rest of my smoothie in fear of there being more metal pieces. We immediately called Tropical Smoothie and they didn’t seem concerned at all. The employee we initially talked to said they’d let the manager know and we’d get a call. That didn’t happen. Since then, we’ve called 3 times, left our information and were told the same thing each time. I then contacted them via email and was offered a credit. At this point, I don’t want a credit because I don’t plan on going back. I want my money back.

  Smoothies are Delicious. I always order off the app for pickup and its always ready early or on time.

  Couple things need to be worked out here. They should inform you if they are out of a product before making your order. They also need to start placing mobile orders in the cubbies and not behind the register. Other than that the smoothies here are absolutely delicious and I'll keep coming back. 😋

  I had a misunderstanding trying to find my order in the cubbies I had asked for help from Bella and she wanted to give me unnecessary attitude. Very rude!
