    The food has usually tasted good, but the service is so slow. Been here a handful of times since we’ve moved to Buckeye and it always takes forever… even when we stopped late morning when there was only one other customer there. This last time I decided to order ahead and chose a time for the food to be ready. Well, I checked in and then 13 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I asked about my order. I was told the food was done but then it took another 7 minutes before it was brought to the car. The burgers were good but the sides ended up in the garbage because the fries were nasty and tasted like they’d been sitting there the entire extra 20 minutes, and my son’s onion rings were left in the fryer too long. Why bother allowing people to choose a time if the food will be 20 minutes late?

    Terrible service here. Rude in the drive-thru, slammed the window in my face, and still forgot my straws. A bunch of teens goofing off

    The food came quick and only had one error on our specific order request. The food was tasty and overall it was delicious. Great spot to grab burger on the go.

    Unfortunately have had the worst experience there twice, last night I order online and my food said it would be ready at 7:29. I left my house and got there at 7:30ish, barely and parking due to no menus at the spots. parked and sat in my car for 45 mins on an order that should have been ready at 7:29. took a screen shot when I finally got my food at 8:10, and they still forgot my kids ice cream and the food was cold. So I called the person back and they brought out a melted cup of ice cream. I was already so disappointed and frustrated. I just had no words and was not going to wait for a manger another car did that and they left right before me but she waited an hour for a door dash when I spoke to her.

    I took my 6 yr old daughter here to get her a cream slushy since she just had surgery and can't eat anything.. I asked the lady in drive thru if they still had the cream slushy (seriously the only reason I went to sonic) the lady said no.. i get up to the window after order 4 drinks and some tots, and asked the girl at the window when they stopped doing them. She told me they never stopped. I proceeded to tell her the lady had said they don't do them anymore. The lady at the drive thru was rude and short with me.. when she handed me my card I asked if I could trade my drink for the cream slushy, and she said shed have to charge me for it, not the issue here, but honestly if their people were trained correctly there wouldn't be an issue. Instead of doing a dbl charge I just said no, she was still being snotty towards me, so I just told her we'd go to a different location, she literally said "go ahead". Now here's the surprise.. I used to be a GM for sonic in utah, this behavior doesn't fly, you don't get rude or snappy with guests, secind: as a restaurant manager, if I ever caught my employees treating a guest the way I was treated today, they'd be gone. Again, you retain guest by being nice. I didn't have an issue paying for the upgrade by any means, but I did mind the way I was talked to, in front of my 6 yr old daughter.. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon
