  Just wanted to recognize that this McDonald’s is great I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and even though the lines look long the wait time usually isn’t anything crazy.

  Seriously this McDonald’s needs a staff restructure. The place was dirty. No ice. Waited at curbside to get food no one came. Went inside and 2 idk what they were gave me this meh attitude when I told them about my order. Then after a back and forth got my order. And to no surprise. Something missing. Go back inside and have to go to war again. I gave this McDonald’s too many chances.

  Tonight excited to take my little one to get K Pop meal. We had a young lady that spoke slang " ight " was her word used while taking my order. Upon window I let a young man by Big Red.He needs to address his staff about customer service while she gave dirty looks in the back. We drive up to the food window to have a crowd of yappers looking at us with hate. To get our nasty food the burger they made sure to add spit. So so horrible you all are someone's child put out in this world and you know your Momma or Daddy did not raise you like that Shame. Mangers need to be at night especially in this era and Location!!!!!

  I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Chicken McNuggets through the drive-thru, but when I got home I realized I was given completely different items. I understand mistakes can happen, especially during busy hours. However, when I drove back to explain the situation, the short-haired female manager didn’t handle it and simply passed the issue to another employee. Another employee wearing a neon vest laughed and said, "What you received is something else" After waiting about 30 minutes, I finally received my order again, but it was still wrong. Thank you for the worst dinner experience.

  This McDonald's location is okay if you're stopping in for a quick breakfast. Other than that, if you go for lunch, expect to wait at least 15 minutes in line. I usually get up very early for work and head over there, and breakfast is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they're open but say they don’t have food ready yet, which can be frustrating when you're on a schedule.
