I took my 6 yr old daughter here to get her a cream slushy since she just had surgery and can't eat anything.. I asked the lady in drive thru if they still had the cream slushy (seriously the only reason I went to sonic) the lady said no.. i get up to the window after order 4 drinks and some tots, and asked the girl at the window when they stopped doing them. She told me they never stopped. I proceeded to tell her the lady had said they don't do them anymore. The lady at the drive thru was rude and short with me.. when she handed me my card I asked if I could trade my drink for the cream slushy, and she said shed have to charge me for it, not the issue here, but honestly if their people were trained correctly there wouldn't be an issue. Instead of doing a dbl charge I just said no, she was still being snotty towards me, so I just told her we'd go to a different location, she literally said "go ahead". Now here's the surprise.. I used to be a GM for sonic in utah, this behavior doesn't fly, you don't get rude or snappy with guests, secind: as a restaurant manager, if I ever caught my employees treating a guest the way I was treated today, they'd be gone. Again, you retain guest by being nice. I didn't have an issue paying for the upgrade by any means, but I did mind the way I was talked to, in front of my 6 yr old daughter.. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon
