I paid for 2 regular sandwich meals and the sandwich had to be the thinnest I’ve ever got I hope y’all can figure this out because jersey mikes never did me like this and I get the same sandwich basically but this is my bootlegger or atleast it was supposed to be

Horrible experience. I ordered for delivery on the jimmy john website and after waiting 45 minutes without any tracking updates I called the store. The employee advised it was just picked up. I waited an additional 20 minutes as I live 5 minutes from the store and called back. The employee said it is in the hands of Uber or doordash and they will not make any new sandwiches. I advised I have not received my order at that time he hung up. I called back to request a refund and he hung up again. I called from a different number and the manager advised I would get a refund and then hung up before I could ask any additional details. This was simply crazy and unacceptable behavior. This is also theft and I will be pursuing this further as I was charged and never received services. 0 stars.

In our previous visits to various Jimmy John's we have always had excellent service, excellent food, and a very inviting atmosphere. Not the case at this Jimmy John's. My wife and I ordered the "Ultimate Porker" and the "Ultimate Italian." toasted combo. After the female, possibly "Christina," handed us our sandwiches to dine in, we noticed that they were not cut in half. When we asked the female if she could please cut our sandwiches in half, she stated that once a customer touches the sandwich they are not supposed to touch a sandwich again. She suggested using one of the plastic knives in the plastic silverware container. We were not going to use those knives since not one single knife was wrapped in plastic. (All forks were wrapped in plastic.) All the plastic knives were laying loose. When she then decided to take our sandwiches, with attitude, and glove up with plastic gloves, found a knife, and found a cutting board, and finally cut our sandwiches in half, again with attitude. Customers can definitely pick up on when either A. an employee does not want to be there or B. when employees are annoyed by customers who simply request to have their sandwiches cut in half.
I just signed up for the Jimmy John's reward program and if I can expect this kind of attitude when dining in at this Jimmy John's I guess I'll have to find another Jimmy John's to frequent. Thank you.

The bread gets way too soggy and just falls apart too fast so it was too messy.
