I ordered a hot chocolate for my 5 year old we ended up putting it in the fridge when we got home cause she kept telling me it was too hot to drink(even though it wasn’t). Drive thru or walk-up, the employees here have NO sense of purpose. Drive the extra 4 miles to Verrado to save yourself time and frustration!

The guy at the walk thru window was snarky and mocking my order to the guy who was making my order. I had a tiny question about the chocolate milk and flavors on top since I was new and apparently it was annoying to him. It was pretty hurtful but I just kept to myself. He was skinny, blonde hair or maybe dirty blonde hair, either a teenager or a very young adult.

I’ve been to Dutch bros in Peoria and Goodyear that are just as busy if not more and they are always way more efficient.

How do you run out of coffee as an establishment that sells coffee? The competency crisis is going full-bore. Management can't even be expected to keep their establishment stocked properly, let alone their staff held to any level of standards. Tell you where I never had this issue once in my 3 years of visiting 3 times a week: The Human Bean. (And they always get my order right)

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
