    I love Dutch Bros but this location is disappointingly slow. It doesn’t mater what day of the week or the time of day, expect to spend 10-15 minutes waiting even if you’re third in line. And if you’re way back in line expect closer to a 45 minute wait.

    First, I wanna start by saying Dutch Brothers is new to me. I am originally from Chicago and I joined the USAF and was stationed in Texas most of my career other than overseas. Never seen a Dutch Brothers or heard of it. Recently, my husband and I were medically relocated to Luke AFB so I can receive treatment at Mayo Clinic. We moved not too far away from the Verrado Dutch Brothers, and I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time I’ve gone there whether it’s the drive-through or the walk up window each worker is always pleasant and kind caring and engages with you as you’re a person and not “ just another order”. Every time I come, it always makes my day better because of that interaction BUT today was different. I usually go to the walk up window, but today was an extremely bad pain day for me to where I could barely get out of bed without crying my eyes out because of how much pain I was in and didn’t know if it was gonna be another ER visit, but I couldn’t make coffee at home so I decided to pull myself up by the boot straps and drive down the road to my favorite coffee place… I had to go through the drive-through cause I could barely walk and as I pull up to the drive-through, I’m greeted by a person named Tyson, he said he was new. He walked up to my truck and asked me how I was doing today and I was honest I said actually I’m having a very bad day. I’m in a lot of pain right now and we proceeded to briefly chat while he was taking my order. When he was finished, I went to give him my military ID and payment card and he said don’t worry about it and I was very confused. I thought maybe I was just gonna pay at the window and he said don’t worry about it, we have a “bad day button” I proceeded to cry even more because of how kind he was and the company itself, Dutch Brothers, and all of the people that work at this location. So, here I am sitting in my vehicle, in excruciating pain, crying because of that but then also crying because of this concept which I am extremely new to and I just makes me love this company and this location and it’s employees even more. I really want to recognize everybody. I wish I knew everyone’s name but I definitely know their faces and I want to thank each and every one of you for always making my day better no matter how many days I have left. One of the girls always compliments me on my freckles or that she likes my outfit. And another girl has always patient with me when I’m placing my order because again I’m new to Dutch Brothers and don’t know the menu very well and she’s always patient and doesn’t make me feel rushed and let me know that I can order it 1/4 sweet versus only the half sweet which is available on the app. The gentleman with the nose ring and the bandanna is always sweet and kind and it never feels fake. It always is genuine like they genuinely care and love what they do. Thank you you to everyone at the Verrado location Dutch Brothers. You make a huge difference and I want you to know that! and I pray that y’all have a great day and looking forward to seeing y’all again. Mikey ♥️

    The new blueberry muffin is absolutely disgusting, it doesn't taste like blueberries, it has a weird synthetic taste. Please go back to the old version. I wish they'd fix their walk up line and force people to get in separate lines for new orders vs mobile, it's always a jumbled mess.
