  Nice employees for the most part, some completely competent, others not so much. But without fail, at least once a week, they are out of SOMETHING! And I only go here two or three times a week. The guy running this place doesn't have his staff remake new batches of standard items mid-day like some locations, so if you get here after 11am... good luck! They also never, ever update their app to show what's actually currently in stock. And usually out of simple items like standard popular donuts, croissants, white cheddar cheese, drink flavors, and almost 100% of the time they have no seasonal items in stock, despite advertising them on their menu. Food is cooked inconsistently - sometimes it's hot, sometimes cold, sometimes they get your modifications right, sometimes they don't - and often orders are mishandled at the drive-thru window (drinks are handed out without food, confusion ensues, a mad scramble to find your food sometimes begins). Big fail for many years. Would much rather have an Einstein Bagles here than this place. I hope they go out of business soon, but they probably never will because they benefit from travelers on the freeway. 🤷‍♂️

  The Dunkin’ Donuts in Buckeye On Watson I’ve been going there for the last 10 years always been courteous, friendly great service i’ve seen a lot of their help come and go, but the one staple of this restaurant is Marina. She’s always been courteous, nice friendly and I think of her more as a friend now than just someone that works at Dunkin’ Donuts.

  We go to the Buckeye Dunkin every Friday morning as a special treat for my daughters. We have been doing this tradition for the past 8 years and have always had a pleasant experience at this store. Yes, the mornings are busy and the staff might be running around but they have always been very courteous and attentive to our order. My daughter has an allergy and they are all aware of it and make sure that her food is made safely! Nevaeh is amazing at the front counter and is very patient when my girls change their minds last minute with what they want.

  I wanted to recognize the fantastic service I received from Nevaeh the Buckeye location on Watson. She completely made my day, most importantly she was so nice. I appreciate she took the time to make me feel welcome while taking my order, I didnt feel rushed at all making a decision on what I wanted, she was very helpful suggesting items she likes and what other customers like for a reference to help me decide. And all with a smile, friendly and professional attitude. She really stood out, even when the store was busy. Thank you for delivering a great experience! Its not very often now that you get to experience such great customer service.

  I have switched from DB because their service was ridiculous and the staff are not the friendliest. I started coming to Dunkin and the staff issue seems to be a running theme in Buckeye, AZ. They are always very moody, no greeting and look absolutely MISERABLE. There is one woman and 2 gentlemen that work there and they are always very nice. They do actually get my order right most of the time and they do get you in and out pretty quick most days. I ordered ahead yesterday to make my trip quick and the woman at the drive thru was very annoyed that I didnt stop at the speaker to announce I was an order ahead. There was no one in drive thru and I didnt realize that you HAD to stop at the speaker before hand. I had no issue waiting for my order even though it was ordered ahead of time. For some reason though I seemed to have ruined her whole day. At least thats the impression she gave after scolding me. I would just like to say that the state of our economy right now is getting worse very fast just be HAPPY you at least have a job. If you dont like working with people maybe don't apply for customer service positions. Just a thought. If they dont address this concern I will just make my drinks at home. Saves me more money anyway. Good luck to anyone going to this Dunkin Doughnuts.
