    The food is always good the service is mid and the atmosphere is a bit dull. I come for the great food they always have but it’s frustrating to see you order 2 large pizzas before others who come in after you and order more pizzas with wings and additional items leave before you after waiting 50 plus minutes when others waiting significantly less leaving with more food. I watched and listened to them order after I did while I waited and they paid after so for the staff to tell me that they ordered in advance does not sound accurate if I watched them order In store. They need to be more in order of first in fist out of when customers order.

    Update 2/9/26: I found the email to Barros that they have given out to previous customers. Once I reached out, they emailed back in a timely manner. Said they would be happy to send a gift card via mail. Due to moving and issues with my mail, I stated an electronic gift card would do. They could not do that but they said they would arrange for a physical gift card that I could pickup at this location. After weeks of going back and forth, they last emailed that they tried reaching out to the manager at this location to arrange for the physical card and they would get back to me. That was on 2/2. Safe to say I'm not getting a response. Thankful for my bank and their assistance with getting the funds back. Thank you Barros for stringing a customer along and doing absolutely nothing. Along with the incompetent managers at this location. Tried placing an order online and it wouldn't go through saying it was declined but my account was fully charged. Called the establishment and they said to check with the bank, could be a ghost charge. Called my bank and they confirmed it was pending and approved, no issues with the transaction. Called Barros back, they state there's nothing they can do since there's no order on their end but I show that the money was literally taken out of my account. My husband even said he would go there and show them the pending charge. He asked multiple times if that would be okay. The assistant manager wouldn't even answer the question. Kept stating "there's no order, there's no order". Yeah there's no order then explain the $45 and change that was taken out of my account! We, as customers, are having to literally pay for the mistake that was made by YOUR website. And no assistance from your assistant manager. Super disappointing that you have no problem charging the card but cant give the food. Im hoping the location off of Miller is a much better experience with more helpful staff. Oh and yes I know the charge went to the correct location.....it says "Barros Pizza - Verrado" in the transaction name.
