  The staff inside there does not know how to serve full portions as a former Chipotle staff member at the end of the night the rice gets thrown away the meat gets saved later on for charities why are you trying to save giving me rice when you guys know you toss it at the end of the night also furthermore when I pay for a double portion I expect it to be a double portion stop being light-headed there's a lot of young people in there who are skinny and I guess they have a problem when they see big people in their give me a full portion baby not what you eat.....no offense to anyone with any eating disorders

  We love Chipotle, but this location is a mess. It is easily the slowest “fast food” restaurant we deal with. There is always an issue, wrong items, missing food, or an online order that is somehow still not ready at the scheduled pickup time. What is the point of offering online ordering if customers still have to stand there waiting for food that should already be finished? This location is consistently disorganized and frustrating.

  I was ordering my bowl when I was letting her know what I wanted on top I quickly noticed that there was an eyelash in the sour cream. Luckily I caught it. But who knows how long it had been in there. And when I pointed it out there was no apologies for it. She just took out the sour cream and looked for another batch. Which was good but still seeing that left a bad feeling in my stomach. Even my 8 year old was grossed out by it.

  came in to get my order and they kept telling me it would be the next one out. asked for my name again. and then served me the food that had been beside them the entire time i had been left waiting. didn’t give me items i payed for and also served me PLASTIC in my burrito bowl. never had an experience like this at the verrado location.

  If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would, my boyfriend and I were just there at 7pm this Friday night. I ordered the new al pastor chicken and he got the steak when we arrived there was barely any protein left. I had gotten the last scoop of Chicken. And my bf was gonna get the same but it didn't look like they were gonna replace any of the proteins that were out. The girl that helped us had her hair in a braid but we both saw some hair fall down on the floor. But definitely to close for comfort. For someone that works in a kitchen and has a food Handlers card this is absolutely disgusting, I in my 10 years of working have never seen a store and or employee look so gross and not following guidelines. Someone should def call a health inspector, just my opinion. We got home and were very excited to dig into our food that smelt really good but I took maybe 3 bites and realized I had chewed on something hard, that something hard was lodged in the back of my throat and triggered not only a panic attack but caused me to throw up whatever was back there. It scratched the back of my throat. I then tried to eat a couple more bites after and found a piece of chicken with tendon still in it. My bf took 4 bites of his food then immediately felt sick to his stomach. I don't understand how one restaurant can mess up so bad. I will not be coming back. Cafe Rio is better and cheaper anyway!
