- RBRobin BanksNov 2, 20251.0The food was extraordinarily bad. Me and my mother had the tenders combo. I had a side of red beans and my mother had a side of mashed potatoes. It also comes with a biscuit. The biscuit looked more like a cookie. It had what I could only hope was blueberries and was more likely mold on it which I regret trying. The tenders were dry and hard. Not at all crispy or crunchy as advertised but maybe that's why they spelled it with a k so it's not false advertising. The red beans and rice were unusually spicy and lacked flavor but was by far still the best thing we got here. The mashed potatoes tasted spoiled. Not simply spoiled but spoiled days ago. I fear that even from the small spoonful we had we may have gotten sick from it. Staff even seemed confused on why we were there ordering food. The restrooms were dingy but clean at least. The vibes of the entire place were erie and off. Please don't go even as a joke. Get your gas and leave. It may be the only food for miles but you'd do better starving than eating it. I wouldn't give this food to anyone but my worse enemy.

However, the chicken nuggets and potato wedges felt and tasted like they'd been cooked 2 hours ago and were kept warm in the case under the warming lights. Dry and chewy with zero moisture. Threw most of it in the trash before we left.
