- RCRoger Curry3 days ago1.0Poor management and employees. Made an order after a 10 minute wait at tye drive thru lane. Stopped at the first window to pay and the receipt machine was broken, no big deal. Went to second window to pick up order, and the employee asked if I wanted fries. I stated that I had ordered a combo meal, so yes, I wanted fries. She asked me 3 more times if I wanted fries. I gave the same answer until finally, I requested a refund after she became aggravated and slammed the window. A few seconds later, one of the managers arrived and asked for my receipt. I explained the first window issue so she returned my change. Unfortunately it was less than I paid. She did eventually return the proper amount.
