  Just came to get dinner with my husband we went to the stall to order when the lady taking the order (her name is Kendal) answered she was already being extremely rude. We ordered a number 3 with tots and then just the double bacon burger. We get the food somehow it was a number 9 which is a chicken sandwich not a cheeseburger and it had fries. The bacon burger had no bacon on it. The lady who took the order refused to fix the order because her words exactly “she didn’t make a mistake and wasn’t her fault” she was EXTREMELY rude refusing to fix it and refusing to give us a refund. The carhop who gave us the food her name was Lecia I believe she was super nice and tried to get the order fixed she refunded the order for us. I will never and I mean never come to this location again

  This girl named Ashley I went there yesterday to pick up a uber order and they took 30 minutes she was ignoring me the she said someone picked up the order so that means she gave it to someone else that wasn’t even supposed to get it therefore stolen and I didn’t get paid and wasted my time and treating me with bad customer service fire this lady.

  Honestly old and overcooked. Hard bun burnt old greasy fries. I am starting to hate sonic. Way not worth the money …

  Don’t ever come to this one ppl here are to young to understand respect and there job plus it’s 8:10 I press the button and still haven’t had no one answer this place is a diss service to the people who live here never getting orders right and always having a problem with mixed couples.
