  Deserves no stars. 3-10-26 ran out of ice cream is crazy

  Our order was taken at the drive-in station, and we waited approximately 20 minutes. After waiting, we pressed the service button and a female employee responded. She told us that we could not place an order. We explained that our order had already been taken, but she responded in a very rude manner and told us to continue waiting and that the food would come out when it came out. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, a male employee answered the microphone and informed us that our order had been entered as a drive-thru order. He stated that in order to receive our food, we would have to go through the drive-thru line. Immediately after telling us this, he turned off the microphone and ignored us when we attempted to respond. The entire situation was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Being told to wait repeatedly, spoken to rudely, and then ignored entirely is unacceptable customer service. I have never experienced such poor treatment at this location before, and I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not experience the same problem

  I ordered online and still had to wait over 30 min before I got my order which was wrong. My initial order said 6 minutes. People came and left and I was still waiting!!!

  Been here twice this week, and each time they’re out of ice cream. If you’re “really” out of ice cream, put a sign so we don’t waste our time in line. Now I wasted 20 mins just to hear I can’t even order what I want. Either this location has poor management attention and doesn’t get appropriate stocking, or they have a lazy crew. Don’t make it MY problem, be communicative with your customers and put a sign.

  They are always out of stock of EVERYTHING. people that work there are also super slow so be prepared to wait atleast 15 mins for anything. (If they HAPPEN to have it in stock)
