  Shout-out to Luis & Annanda. I recently went in with my family this past Saturday afternoon. We went straight to a table as I prefer to order my meals through the Smashburger app. Unfortunately I was struggling to get the app to accept payment so after I accepted defeat I went to Annanda the cashier where I explained the issue I was having. She immediately wanted to help resolve the issue and got Luis involved who I believe was the manager on duty. Luis understood what was happening with the app and immediately apologized for the trouble and said he would look into the cause. At that time Annanda proceeded to take my order at the register and compensated us for the inconvenience. Once our meal arrived at our table Luis came over and explained the issue their online ordering system was experiencing and got it corrected so other customers wouldn't run into the same error. He then thanked me for making him aware of the issue. I love the accountability Luis took to look into the issue and getting it fixed promptly instead of shrugging it off as most businesses do when something goes wrong. Props to Luis and Annanda for their great customer service 👏🏽. Job well done!

  This will be short and Sweet. Remember that scene from Pulp Fiction where Samuel L Jackson said "THIS is a Tasty Burger!" after he took a bite! Well, just like the Smashing Food you served me that night I did as well.I try not to get carried away with eating out. But Smashburger gets a high 5 from me. Friendly staff, a military discount and gave me a free drink because I mentioned it was my very first visit. THank you 😎 Give your Staff a high five for me. They Deserve it 🙏

  Immediately greeted with a scoff when I said I wanted to order a custom burger. Cashier was nearly completely uninteractive. Asked for smash fries and got regular fries instead. Didn't get overcharged, but not what I asked for. While waiting for the food, I considered purchasing a shake on the way out, but changed my mind when my food was dropped down at my table without a "have a good day" or "thank you for coming" or anything. This girl seriously needs an attitude adjustment.

  The worker told me it would be about 10/15 minutes for chili, mind you I had already paid. I was totally okay waiting for my chili, about 30 minutes goes by so I stand up and wait next to the kitchen area. Very upset it took me to stand up for them to check if it was done. It was sitting there and the kitchen didn’t say anything. Kitchen girl stared at me three times is why I also stood up. Horrible kitchen and just to come home with everything cold including the chili. First try and definitely last.

  there is a sticky area on the back of one of the seating areas with multiple hairs stuck to it 😭😭💔💔 dat oreo shake was good tho 🤑
