  This fast food restaurant needs to send their employees to training for customer service! We ordered nuggets and they did not include the sauce we said, then gave us our order and told us we had to pay for the sauce! What kind of place don't give complimentary sauce with nuggets!!!! Unbelievable

  I wish I could give them no stars. I went 3/28. They messed my order up I was telling them they didn't put everything I ordered then they ask when did I order, I said y'all just brought this to my car and everything wasn't in my bag. They acted like they were High. This not the first time. Then they refuse to give me what I ordered. The lady put on receipt something totally different and stood there like I just didn't order with her. I hate this McDonald's won't be coming back again. They need someone there to look after them because they don't know what they be doing. It's either they can't hear or they are just Slow Slow

  They never answer the phone, my order is usually wrong every time, and they don't know the difference in size between a McFrappe, a and a medium iced coffee. Utterly disappointing, but what can you expect from a McDonald's?

  Waited for over 20 minutes (for a #9 = 2 cheeseburgers and a fry btw) to then have to go inside and my order is nowhere to be found or recalled. When 10 minutes had past I asked the guy running food to check on it and clearly he didn’t relay anything when he got back inside. There was only one car waiting before me but 3 others after me got their food somehow. Then the manager proceeds to refund me the wrong amount and now no one is answering the phone. There’s a reason this location is usually dead.

  The fact I ordered 4 sandwiches and the girl who brought my food out said I had to pay for ranch I couldn’t even get one for free IS CRAZY. She said her manager is there and he said they can’t give any free sauces at all not even one is crazy when I spent 20 dollars FOR FOUR SANDWICHES no other McDonald’s will tell someone they have to pay for one sauce change the rules at this location or imma just sit in the drive through next time to speak to the manager and ask why I can’t have one ranch with my meal for free working in fast food and forcing your staff to have to go through that with customers who aren’t as nice as me is insane
