  Main Event is the best place to entertain yourself/ hang out with your family and friends, there's lots of fun places like claw machines, laser tag, and bowling. Went there for 5 hours and it was worth it SO MUCH, also went to laser tag it was super fun and the guy named DR PEPPER he yelled very loudly but the experience was very cool. One thing to add to the food is the pizza is a little too doughy and ice cream is a little too pricey but so worth spending your money on ice cream also the flavors of ice cream is alot for example chocolate, cookies and cream and a lot more recommended to come here.

  Never again! Have previously dropped off daughter's here in recent years but never entered myself. Big mistake! So packed you could barely walk. Games are not cleaned routinely by staff and most items from games are found all over the floor nearby which is a hazard. Too many games crowding area that i.e. if someone throws a basketball, it can bounce and hit you 3 games across. Some games are not installed properly like the Pac-Man arcade duel system, it kept lifting and making the game so difficult. Most games use up all your credits, make sure to add on a high amount or you will be adding constantly. Purchased deal with food, ordered and was told within 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, the cashier then stated another 20 minutes blaming it on kitchen staff not bringing out food in order. Most food orders were being left under warmer until customers would ask. We went on harnesses and then played a whole game of bowling still waiting for food order since there were no tables and the ones available, were not cleaned so we had to sit and wait at the bar tables. We returned to find food order just sitting under warmer while cashier tried figuring out several receipt orders with busser. By the time we got our food from warmer, the bread was so stiff and just so toasted even the burger meat overcooked. We had Manager just refund our cafe order but he did not refund our food portion of the deals. They gave us the food to take as it would be thrown out and we ended up donating it to the homeless by freeway. Cafe Manager seemed bothered since we were not the only ones requesting a refund and we had to go up to front desk to ask for a refund of the food portion of the deals as well to that Manager. We left so hungry and tired of waiting, we had to find food nearby.

  Jenn was running laser tag and was super friendly. She made it so we would be willing to return. ‼️Some other employees did not encourage a fun environment and made us just want to leave. That was very unfortunate. I hope there management works to train employees to be fun and communicative with customers‼️ This is an edit because, based on Main Events response the did not recognize how poor of an experience that some of the employees created. We had a good time but it was seriously frustrating at multiple interactions with the staff. For $35 (shoes are extra $5) we got an entree, bowling, shuffleboard (table top), billards, laser tag (tons of fun!), high ropes course and $10 arcade pass. This is a good deal and would recommend. If the staff is not having a good attitude it does ruin the day. I will try again.

  My wife and I got the $45 deal unlimited activities and when we tried reserving activities everything was out of order or the employees were too lazy to help! Not the first time I have a problem with this place. Needs serious adjustment and maybe a refund for 2 people since we couldn’t do anything!

  The music is a bit too loud for conversations. The drinks we're good and at reasonable prices. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I went to the rest twice during our 2.5 hour stay there and the same toilet paper Ali g the hall was there. The toilets were overflowing, paper towels everywhere, toilet paper everywhere. Disgusting.
