  I order here often for my son while I am at work. Its really upsetting everytime I order theres ALWAYS such a long wait time. We always get the sandwich soggy. I called today after waiting for over 1 and half hrs for thr sandwich to be delivered and they still had the sandwich at the store. I asked for my refund as my son fell asleep waiting for it and was told for the inconvenience i cam give you a complimentary cookie or chips. Now i have to wait 3-5 days to get my refund. This is ridiculous Jimmy John's. What happened to the freaky fast delivery? Update just got a call from the Uber driver 2hours and 5 minutes after my order was placed to see if I really wanted my order canceled.

  Fantastic service. I order from here once or twice a week. This time I forgot to specialize my sandwich. The manger corrected my order with a note. Wow. Excellent. Will definitely order again. Thank you

  The sub itself was good, and the restaurant was clean, but this Jimmy Johns lacked its signature motto of “Freaky Fast”. The staff lacked urgency, and it seemed as if they weren’t interested in getting everybody serviced in a timely matter.

  I had a pretty big order for my team that morning and the staff took care of everything. They were very friendly and even though it was two of them, they took care of all the customers in a timely manner while making my order. My team enjoyed the food as it was very good.
